Main composing parts of “Etanso” Taut Ceiling: Ceiling soft coating, ceiling system, U-type protective batten, tick-type soft-edge, and T-type decoration strip. 1. Ceiling soft coating: It is made of PVC materials, and its performance indexes have passed the inspection of Chinese relevant departments, meeting the national standards such as environmental standard. The coating materials have the unique performance such as rich-color, shock resistance, non-condensation of moisture, non-deforming, heat/sound insulation, easing the consequences arising from water leaking, and etc.. 2. Ceiling system: The special aluminium alloy joists (nine types in total) are fixed on the frame according to the height and shape demanded. Tick-type soft-edge: PVC material is extruded to form the half-hard tick-type, soldering the ceiling soft coating and the tick-type soft-edge together according to the shape and size of the coating, and then clamping joint with the ceiling system. 5. T-type decoration strip:It is made of PVC, and the effect of the decoration is modified according to the demand on different colors of the ceiling soft coating.
